Eulipan Concert

“Eulipan” is a quartet inspired by different countries and cultures, whose poetic song lyrics tell about timeless and current issues. Modern and international – Italy, Russia, Croatia – is this Berlin-based quartet, whose birth comes from the encounter between different musical traditions. The idea to create this project dates back to the year 2018. After some phases of preparation, experimentation and research, Nicolò Zignone assembled around 2021 the current members of the ensemble. The project “Eulipan” combines classical and traditional roots with the freedom of modernity. The arrangements and original compositions of the quartet give its music a sound that oscillates between the past and the future. In the music of the ensemble, on the one hand, one can feel the influence of the native countries of its members; on the other hand, the artistic search of the quartet takes modern tendencies and jazz. The songs are inspired by different countries and cultures, the lyrics tell in a poetic language about themes that are at the same time timeless and topical.
